Luxury Two Storey Period home with marble fireplaces in living area and master bedroom. This gorgeous period home required extensive renovations and restorative foundation work to maintain its charming period features, whilst incorporating modern design accents and amenities. The extensive restoration included, but not limited to; re-stumping, new plaster linings throughout, ceiling roses/panelling and ornamental cornices. A full renovation was applied to the laundry and bathroom facilities, yard storage/tool shed, secondary lounge/sitting area and heating and cooling installed throughout. The modern open plan kitchen has all luxury appliances, porcelain tiles and Caesar Stone bench tops and featured throughout.
