Cardo Constructions Pty Ltd, are experienced Registered Building Practitioners & Commercial Developers since 2008 based in Port Melbourne. With our team of professionals, we can coordinate the whole project for you; from organising building permits, preparing necessary documentation of a fit-out/ construction to design and execution. We are committed to helping you create your dream build or profitable investment so, only the finest quality fixtures, finishes and joinery are used throughout our projects.
We are specialised in the building of tilt-up panel warehouses, inclusive of the fit out for the entire office space, low rise office and retail blocks over multiple levels. More specifically, we also specialise in the commercial fit-outs of high-rise facilities including Airports, Government Departments, Childcare Facilities & Medical Centres.
At Cardo Constructions Pty Ltd, our standards are high, so we have employed an in-house fit-out team, which not only does individual construction on all our projects but executes the fit-outs and refurbishments as the primary builder; and for many other highly professional and reputable builders throughout Victoria. By us having our own internal fit-out team, we ultimately can control majority of the build from planning to completion and manage quality control during execution. We ensure that all our builds are in alignment with State and Council regulations.

Cardo Constructions Pty Ltd, as a combined team, have been involved in the construction industry for over 50+ years. In the early stages of the company, we were introduced as wood machinists and progressed rapidly into a multifaceted construction company, offering a range of services. This change to our company was pivotal in enabling us to work on projects of all sizes successfully and with full control.
We are always re-educating ourselves on the latest industry standards and developing our skills, which has enabled us to tender, win and execute various projects built on time and on budget at the highest quality.

in Carpentry, Plastering, Traffic Management and OH&S,
